Organic New Mexico Big Jim Pepper

$3.29

This extra large New Mexico style pepper can reach up to 10 or 12 inches in length, and is the largest variety of green chile grown in the US (it has a world record to prove it). Its moderate spiciness and bright, fresh flavor make it great for fresh salsas, enchiladas, stuffing or chopping it up and throwing it in a burger mix.

Pepper plants need more phosphorus than other veggies and will benefit from being watered in with a high phosphorus solution when transplanted.
