Organic Padron Pepper Seeds - Capsicum annuum
Approximately 40 seeds per packet.
Great for pan-frying, roasting, or grilling. Coat in olive oil and a little sea salt for a delicious summer appetizer. Mild with the occasional slight heat.
Sow seeds indoors 8 weeks before planting out into warm weather, and use a seed heat mat or other method to maintain soil temperatures of 80-90ºF.
Harvest small green peppers at about 2-4 in. long, or leave on the plant to ripen to a red color for a sweeter taste.
Tips: Pick peppers promptly to encourage further fruit set, and water with a high phosphorus solution when transplanted.
