Organic Quinoa Seeds - 'Biobio' - Chenopodium quinoa

Beautiful pink seed heads produce small and very white seeds. A shorter and quicker maturing variety that still produces a strong yield.
Sow seeds directly outdoors after night time temperatures are above 50 degrees. Sow 1/4" deep and 12" apart for seed harvest or 1" apart for baby green harvest.
Harvest baby greens when they're 6-8" tall by cutting at their base. Harvest seed heads when their color is brightest. Additional seed heads may form after harvesting the primary head.
Tips: Allow the seed heads to fully dry and then gently rub between your hands to release the grain. The seeds can be further cleaned with fine hardware mesh.
