Arugula is easy to grow in most climates and soil types, but performs best with a fertile and well draining soil.
When to Sow:
Arugula prefers cooler temperatures and will have sporadic germination when soil temperatures are above 75-80 degrees. Start planting in the spring as soon as soil has thawed, stop in the summer when temperatures rise, and then start again in the early fall when temperatures start to lower.

Baby Leaf: 21 days
Full Size: 40 days
Sowing Depth:
1/8"-1/4"
Plant Spacing:
Baby Leaf: Sow seeds in 2" wide bands, seeds approximately 3/4" apart, and bands about 6"-10" apart.
